Broom Orchard

Located at 12803 Broom Road, Carlinville, IL 62626, Broom Orchard offers pick your own Braeburns, Jonagold, Red and Golden Delicious, Jonathans and Empire Apples. Their annual apple festival is Sept. 24 and 25 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.

Centennial Farms and Orchard

Centennial Farms, located at 199 Jackson Street, Augusta, MO 63332, will be open for pick your own just three weekends, August 27 & 28, September 3 and 4, and Sept 10 and 11.

Eckert’s Family Farms

There are three Eckert’s locations in Illinois (Grafton, Belleville and Millstadt) that offer Pick-Your-Own apples. Eckert’s also offers a store, garden center, custard shop, play area and country restaurant.

Herman’s Farm

Herman’s Farm, located at 3663 N Highway 94, St. Charles, MO 63301, has apple picking each day starting Friday, September 2, Labor Day Weekend.

Mill’s Apple Farm

Mill’s Apple Farm, located at 11477 Pocahontas Road, Marine, IL 62061, has a plethora of fun fall activities. Pick apples, take a 45 minutes hayride, or toast a mallow on the campfire.  Their annual apple festival is Sept. 24 and 25 featuring the Bond County Antique Machinery Club.

Thierbach Orchards

Thierbach Orchards, located at 15885 Orchard Lane, Marthasville, MO 63357, has apples available for picking on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. and to 6 p.m.. They also have already-picked apples in the market. Varieties include Prima, Gala, Honeycrisp, Missouri Red, and Jonathan among many others. They also have a new market in Washington.
