The Community Development Administration (CDA) is seeking public input on the draft 2025 Neighborhood Transformation Grants Notices of Funding Availability (NOFAs) before the final release. These grants empower communities to implement community-driven development by funding a variety of projects in Qualified Census Tracts (QCTs) and Economic Justice Index areas across St. Louis. Eligible applicants include non-profit organizations, Community Development Corporations (CDCs), home builders, construction contractors, and neighborhood associations.
2025 Neighborhood Transformation Grants
The draft NOFAs are now available for review and public comment. CDA invites residents, stakeholders, and organizations to provide feedback to help shape the final guidelines. A public hearing will also be held on Monday, March 10, 2025, where CDA staff will present the draft NOFAs, answer questions, and accept public comments.
Final NOFA Release & Application Portal Opening
The final NOFAs will be posted on Friday, March 14, 2025, when CDA will also open the application portal. The funding cycle will remain open through June 13, 2025.

CDA will offer trainings and workshops to help applicants navigate the NOFA process. Details will be announced soon, so stay tuned for updates.
