St. Louis, MO – For real estate agencies, especially those who operate independent shops, these have not been easy times. Since the housing market bottomed out, the National Association of Realtors has seen its membership shrink by nearly 25%, from about 1.3 million members at its 2006-2007 peak to 999,000 in 2012.
