St. Louis Police Crash SUV into Fence, No Injuries Reported

At around 11:30 a.m. today, a St. Louis police SUV crashed into a chain link fence surrounding the New Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church at the corner of Euclid and Page avenues. Fortunately, no other vehicles were involved and there were only minor injuries reported.

This is not the first time a St. Louis police SUV has been involved in a crash. In a previous incident, two rookie officers drove their SUV into Bar:PM, resulting in the arrest of the bar’s co-owner for questioning why a vehicle had crashed through the front wall.

In this latest incident, the cause of the crash is still unknown. It could have been a stray dog, a parked car, or even the police radio distracting the driver. However, unlike the previous incident, no one has been arrested, not even the fence owner.

Despite the frequency of these crashes, it is a relief that this time there were no serious injuries. Let’s hope the St. Louis Police Department takes measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.
