Jim Kopp has dedicated his career to promoting and providing safe drinking water for the City of St. Louis. Jim was hired in 1986 as a Chemist and rose through the ranks to become the Laboratory Director. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and chemistry from William Jewell College.
