PLATTE COUNTY – Crews will resurface the eastbound and westbound lanes of Missouri Route 152 between Interstate 435 and Interstate 29. This will require crews to first close of the inside lanes and once work is completed on the inside lanes, crews will close the outside lanes. Repairs will take place from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. from Tuesday, July 26 to Friday, Aug. 19. This is not a complete closure and one lane eastbound and westbound will remain open at all times. All work is weather permitting.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
