At just 18 years old, Jesús Made is already making a name for himself in the Milwaukee Brewers organization. In his third game with the Advanced Class A team, the shortstop hit a 111-mph line drive home run against the St. Louis Cardinals’ minor-leaguer Benjamin Arias. The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers dominated the game, winning 9-0, with Made finishing with four RBIs. This impressive feat is even more notable considering that no player on the Brewers’ big-league team has hit a home run at that exit velocity this season. Christian Yelich has come close with four homers at 110 mph, but none as fast as Made’s.

Made, who just turned 18 in May, now has three hits and five RBIs in his 14 at-bats with the Timber Rattlers. He was joined by fellow elite prospect Luis Peña, who also had a strong game with a double and an RBI. Peña, who turns 19 in November, has three hits and three walks in 11 at-bats.
