After five injury-plagued and inconsistent seasons with the St. Louis Rams, quarterback Sam Bradford’s time with the team is over.

The Rams announced they have traded Bradford to the Philadelphia Eagles for quarterback Nick Foles and draft considerations. ESPN’s Adam Schefter initially reported the deal was close.

The Eagles provided details on the picks that were exchanged in the deal:

NorthSide Regeneration is the newest development coming to St. Louis City:
