Affordable Housing Commission Releases NOFA Application for Non-Profit Agencies and Developers
Get ready to apply for funding for your affordable housing project! The Affordable Housing Commission has announced that the NOFA application and materials will be available starting September 8 at 8am.
Non-profit agencies and developers are eligible to apply for three types of funding, each with its own separate application form:
- Service-related grants (Grant Application)
- Loans and other subsidies for rental housing production (Rental Housing Production Application)
- Loans and other subsidies for for-sale housing developments (For-Sale Housing Production Application)
But that’s not all – the Affordable Housing Commission also requires all AHC-assisted new construction housing to comply with basic minimum Universal Design concepts and techniques. This ensures that all housing projects are accessible and inclusive for individuals with disabilities.
