ST. LOUIS – The Giants came into Friday night’s game with a red-hot offense, scoring 70 runs in their last eight games. The Cardinals’ task was to find a way to slow them down. However, just nine pitches into the game, the Giants had already scored two runs and they didn’t let up from there. The final score at Busch Stadium was 8-1 in favor of the Giants.

Rafael Devers and Willy Adames Lead the Charge for the Giants

The Giants wasted no time getting on the board, with back-to-back home runs from Rafael Devers and Willy Adames in the first inning. This set the tone for the rest of the game, as the Giants continued to add runs throughout the night.
