The City of St. Louis Reminds Residents of Adjusted Trash Collection Schedule for Veterans Day

The City of St. Louis Refuse Division is reminding residents with roll carts that the trash collection schedule will be adjusted in observance of Veterans Day on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. This change will affect residents who normally have their roll carts collected on Mondays and Thursdays for solid waste and recycling, respectively.

Changes for Monday and Thursday Collection

On Monday, November 10, 2025, residents who usually have their roll carts collected on Mondays for solid waste will have their trash collected. For recycling, the collection will take place on Thursday, November 13, 2025.

Changes for Tuesday and Friday Collection

Residents who typically have their roll carts collected on Tuesdays for solid waste and Fridays for recycling will receive trash collection on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Recycling collection will take place on Friday, November 14, 2025.

Yard Waste Collection Resumes

The yard waste collection will resume on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, after the observance of Veterans Day.
