Onboarding and Recruiting Key Leadership
One of the first tasks for the Spencer Administration was to assess the state of city government and bring in new leadership to drive success. This has included appointing a new Chief Operating Officer, Public Safety Director, Interim Director of St. Louis Development Corporation, Civil Service Commission, and Chief Recovery & Neighborhood Transformation Officer.
